Returns & Refunds

 

Key information:

 1.)14 day return period after delivery

2.)7 days to process refunds

To proceed with a return, please take note of the following information:

- The products must be in their original or new-like condition, including all original labels, tags, and packaging.

You will receive a the return form by emailing us at support@pure-london.uk

Fill it out,  attach it to your return package and ship the product to the return address.

- The returned goods should not show any signs of use.

- Please include your order number with the return and a short explaination what the issue is. (Wrong size, quality, Material, fit etc.)

- If the products are damaged, please provide photo or video documentation showing the issue. 

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days of processing your return.

Cancellation of orders

It is only possible to cancel your order 30 minutes after placing it. After 30 minutes, our orders are in processing and after that it is sadly no longer possible to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@pure-london.uk  after you have placed your order.

Returns are always at the risk of the sender and the return costs will not be refunded. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees: return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the package has a status of "lost in transit", we are not responsible for the return.
